We want you to love your creation. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused DIY kits within 30 days of purchase.

Initiate Return
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

Pack Your Kit
Ensure all components, including needles, threads, and instructions, are placed back in the original packaging.

Attach Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned kit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 days.
